what do you mean by "parking"? If you mean you're dancing alone on the floor... stop. Leave the floor and get a drink or something. Guys see girls dancing alone as wierd/losers/desperate, etc.
now on the other hand, if you mean how do you make a move to a cute guy in order to start a conversation -- that's different. The best opening line is "hi. my name is _______________."
If he's open to talking, he'll introduce himself as well. Signs that he is interested include direct eye contact, smiling, leaning in a little toward you as you speak. If YOU are the one approached, use the same body signals. The eye contact and smiling, etc.
Then there are the shy guys. Let's say you see a guy watching you -- or THINK you do. He may look away when you look his way, blush, or look at his feet. If you think he's cute, etc., look to see if he's wearing a watch. If so, make your way SLOWLY to where he's at. Ask him what time it is. If you are wearing one as well, mention that you think yours is wrong, etc.
Basically, a bar scene is not a good place to get a date. Most people use the old foot-in-mouth routine where they go on and on about personal baggage. NOT a good idea. Just keep that in mind... as well as the way guys perceive women who dance by themselves or with other women on the floor.
And lastly, look at the guys body language, how he dresses, what he drinks. Is he loud and bragging to his buddies? Is this what you want in a dance partner? Please remember to be careful in this day n age about approaching ANY stranger, much less some drunk guy in a bar, an good luck....

What is "parking on the dance floor"? Do you mean bashing your vehicle into a night club and parking there to proselytize?
