no, its just a 32" TV. the dust isn't a problem, but it appears there are some smudges on it and i dont know how they would have gotten there unless they were there since i bought it and just didnt notice. i guess i should say, whats the best cleaning solution combo or brand name of cleaning solution to use?

Use a microfiber cloth - available at OSH and other places.
It is very good in collecting dust without scratching the surface.

If you mean a rear projection LCD HDTV, there's some things that can be cleaned, other parts can not, unless you happen to have a "clean room". The lens, mirror, and screen can be cleaned using standard cleaning procedures, but the internal optics, filters, dichrorics, and the actual LCD panels can not be accessed by the consumer. You need to open up the optical engine assembly to get into there, but if you don't do this in a clean room, you'll just make it worse.
