I believe most Pagans/ Wiccans believe this "golden rule", if I may call it that,
"An it harm none, do as thou wilt"
And I think this rule is a great one and sums up many things. But what about people who do things that harm others? They get bad karma...ok, who or what 'causes' this karma? Is it the Pagan Gods & Goddesses as a punishment for the bad deed? And does it depend on the degree of the badness of this deed (For instance: Defaming someone versus murdering him/her, they both do harm).
And final question, what if the person did bad things all his life (He/she killed, raped, stole, lied...) and lived a good life, and even died after a long time (Lived long), what will this person face after his death? Will he face the bad karma he didn't face in his/her life after he/she dies?
Thanks in advance.

Witches generally follow the Witches Rede: That which you do returns to you three-fold. So if you do good, mazel tov. If you do harm, however, that which only injured your victim may kill you once it is multiplied three-fold.
If you do something really awful when you are young, but you live a good life and honestly attempt to make amends for it for the rest of your life, chances are you will have balanced your karma. But that's not the only element in your rebirth. There are lessons to learn as well as "sins" for which you must atone. Sometimes people who live a very innocent life don't learn very much from it, and need to return to continue their spiritual education.

I don't believe in Karma. It's as true as Science Fiction or the Horoscope. People believe it because they convince themselves to, and find that a negative situation drawn upon them was caused by a negative action of their own, and so on.
How often have you heard and read on the news of Peace Fighters being killed? What bad did they do to be returned with death? Or take the classic example, Christ was supposedly GOOD and made no harm; but the way he was treated and died was awful, why was his karma so bad? What did he do that was so bad?
I don't think you won't get a satisfactory answer. What is there after death? Heaven, hell, reencarnation, or just nothing? What is bad and what is good? The degree of this depends on culture, religion, and your uprising doesn't it? It may be OK for someone to use white lies constantly without feeling any remorse, but somebody else might feel remorse.
Life is just a bunch of uncontrable or random situations and some actions you can control. Probably your mentality has a lot to do as well. Maybe a bad situation may be looked as a lesson; for others it may be because you did something wrong.

It's about energy!
Ever have a really bad day..you're negative, grumpy and snaping at people?
You get stuck in traffic, you lose your wallet, you stub your toe, you spill coffee on your shirt...
That's karma.. that's the negative energy you are giving off coming right back to you.
What a person faces after death is Reincarnation. Some people believe that if you were an 'evil' person in one life, the next life will be fairly miserable for you in the hopes that you will learn and grow and in the next life be a better person.

My personal feeling is that everything: thought, spirit, the "paranormal" and "supernatural" are physical. As such, "karma" can be generated through the interactions of these as-yet-unknown physical "entites" (ie quanta). Just a theory - like all religion.

OK in a nut shell,
We believe that there is an unseen force that governs everything and we know that it can be manipulated, we use magick to do this.
If one were to live a bad life they would either get it in their own life or since we believe in reincarnation they would live a horrible next life.
Quick and easy just like me.

They cause their own karma. Karma always comes back whether in this life or the next.

I'm Wiccan, so I don't believe in Karma.
I believe in the Law of Return... what you do comes back to you, in this life.
Since a lot of life is random chance, however, the Law of Return only influences, not determines.
As to what causes it? What causes the second law of thermodynamics? Shrug.
Edited to change "do do" to "you do." Do do that voodoo that you doo so well, eh?

the karma comes from the negative energy emitted by their wrong doings. the afterlife depends on which pagan path you follow.

Basically how I think it works is you send the negativity out, you end up feeling regret or anger (both negative emotions) and you inadvertantly bring that negativity back on yourself.
