i have a unclear photo and i want to make it clearly to see it so is there any software to make it clearly to see??

you have to drink just the right amount and your blurry vision with the blurry picture will counteract and you can see it... The key is to be just drunk enough and then close one eye and squint with the other. If you work with your squint for a little bit, you can adjust and it will all be clear... I know that is the method I use when I drive home from the bar

There is technology like that on crime shows like CSI, NCIS, etc, but whether it exists in reality is another question. Check with one of the camera stores, or a phofessional photographer.
