It is clear I should not go out with daniel but how do I tell him off when I sort of like him??? I want to be clear that I don't want daniel saying that to me but how do I tell him not to talk to me ever again??? scroll down to read my previous question for more info.

mark has been my best guy friend for as long as I can remember. people always tell me I should go out with him. this other boy I like, daniel, likes to annoy me. he will randomly come out behind me in the halls and say "I'm going to kill you" then gives me this creepy look. he acts serious when he says it but he is joking. I wanted mark to meet daniel and mark was like "I don't need to meet him, I already know who he is, I saw you talking to him earlier". is mark jealous? when daniel comes out of no where to talk to me and say that, is he trying to flirt with me or just annoy me? help!!!

daniel is joking when he says it. when he comes up behind me he always makes me jump. he always stares at me. when I was talking to this one guy Geoff he told me he cheats on all his gf's which ended up being true. he watches out for me too. mark watches out for me too and always takes me seriously and is just the nicest guy ever!!!

ok, daniel is not a good choice, and it doesn't matter how much you like him, however, since i'm older, and wiser, that means that you will not pay attention to my motherly advise, so, try telling him that although, you do have sence of humor, you don't get morbid humor, and that his efforts are lost on you.

Last time I checked.. people don't flirt by saying things like... "I'm going to kill you." For future references, run don't walk, away from people who threaten to take your life. We living in the year of 2007, people are killing their own kids. He could be serious about this. Also, let someone else know this is going on and adult or someone!
Either Mark is jealous or he doesn't want his best friend to fall for a psychopath.
My advice to you is talk it out. You can assume that Mark is jealous or upset, but you need to talk it out. Remember assume makes an A** out of U & ME!

Yeah what is with these schoolkid crushes seriously, you sort of like someone who says "im going to kill you". I think you need to ignore this daniel guy (even tho my name is daniel what a discrase to daniels everyware!) and focus on mark (my dads name, o what weirdness)

Daniel apparently LIKES you, and doesn't know another way to act, except for silly.... which is typical.

first, dont tell him off...be kind when you tell him that you would rather not be associated with such a person of his caliber. he wont understand it, but you will.
