Well, the package does say "with GPS Locator"... So what exactly was the question?

From what I've seen, that package is for use on a laptop/notebook. You basically plug the included GPS locator in via an USB port, and stick that to where it can sense GPS signals, load the program on the CD or DVD, install the appropriate data files, and enjoy live tracking and all that.

Before you spend a lot of money with Microsoft, give Google Earth a try. If you spend a little time learning to use it, you can do pretty much anything you want regarding locating places and planning trips.

Good Luck.
