Get Hairapy!! That would be the Sunsilk line of products you can find at your local stores. I use the green bottles. Works great for me.

CALM DOWN GIRLFRIEND! There is help! Do you straighten or color your hair alot? Is there a reason why it's so damaged? Think of that, and stop damaging your hair. Alright, so when my hair was damaged, what I did was just get some regular old cooking oil (like canola oil, well actually I used mineral oil but yeah), you put it all over your dry hair, comb it in, scrunch it in, whatever you wanna do with it, then put a hair net over it and wait for like 2 hours. I waited over night (you can sleep in it, just put a towel over your pillow) but most people wouldn't want to... anyway, then you just wash it out and tada! Your hair's natural oils have been restored and it should feel better. You should also shampoo and condition only every other day because washing your hair dries it out. And use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner ;)! Hope I helped!

Girl... I completely understand. I dye my super thin hair. Then I blowdry it. Then I straighten it. THEN I straighten it again after it has cooled down that way it will stay... STRAIGHT.
I hold the golden key to fix that stuff. I just found it and I love it. Okay... get a pen...
Neutrogena Triple Moisture Cream Lather Shampoo.
Neutrogena Triple Moisture Daily Deep Conditioner.
Both are in light orange bottles with brighter orange tops.
Shampoo only the top of your head. As the suds come down all the impurities will be washed off the ends. If you wash the ends they are only going to get dryer. Use a generous amount of conditioner. And leave that crap in there until right before you get out. Then rinse well.
If you are going to straighten your hair, I suggest putting a little bit of Bed Head After Party (skinny pink bottle with a spherical top) in before you blowdry and alittle more before you straighten. It will keep burning to a minimum and will control flyaways.

I frequently towel dry it as much as i will and then I depart something to dry by ability of itself. I only hair dry my hair while i'm in a real hurry. this is not good to hair dry it too generally because of the fact it would harm your hair. this is not the two good to enable rather moist hair dry by ability of itself because of the fact the scalp would become moist and reason dandruff and inflammation. be beneficial you greater often than not practice olive oil or different oils on your hair ends in the different case they might dry out.

Joico K-Pak Shampoo & Conditioner
Use a drop of jojoba oil as a leave-in conditioner. It doesn't clog pores & washes out easily so no build-up.
