i have tried many varieties and there are none better than Haas.

You can try to find other varieties, but it's unlikely that you'll find them at a regular grocery store. Haas avocados are prevalent at grocery stores because they have a long shelf life and their dark skin hides blemishes (such as bruising) on the fruit. For other varieties, try a local farmer's market or maybe an upscale food store.

I think so! I've tried the green ones, and they're hard to tell when they're ripe and they just don't taste right. So I'll stick with my Haas.

They are my preference. I think that the others don't have as intense a flavor and are not as creamy.
