GOD does not forget he erases , deletes does not remembers it any more and doing this by his own choice how WONDER FULL he is . By the way Allah is not a name from God search the Bible he has never called him self by that name all the names we call him by can only be the names he has given us any other name is what we call him, so very wrong please i am saying this not to insult or to hurt but to enlighten it is always the truth that will set us free and it has no intention to hurt nor insult may the lord bless you and your entire family.

Hi Zim,if God forgot you or I for even a split second we would cease to exist,so no He is not forgetfull, but here is something really marvelous, when we truly repent of our sin God indeed forgets them and it is if they never happened.

Its not logical to even think of such thing.
Every thing will be out of balance and would cease to exist if God would have been forgetfull.

Jehovah promised regarding those in the new covenant: “I shall forgive their error, and their sin I shall remember no more.” (Jeremiah 31:34) Does this mean that when Jehovah forgives he is unable to recall sins anymore? That could hardly be the case. The Bible tells us of the sins of many individuals whom Jehovah forgave, including David. (2 Samuel 11:1-17; 12:13) Jehovah is obviously still aware of the errors they committed. The record of their sins, as well as that of their repentance and forgiveness by God, has been preserved for our benefit. (Romans 15:4) What, then, does the Bible mean when it says that Jehovah does not “remember” the sins of those whom he forgives?
The Hebrew verb rendered “I shall remember” implies more than simply to recall the past. The Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament notes that it includes “the additional implication of taking appropriate action.” So in this sense, to “remember” sin involves taking action against sinners. (Hosea 9:9) But when God says “their sin I shall remember no more,” he is assuring us that once he forgives repentant sinners, he will not at some future time act against them because of those sins. (Ezekiel 18:21, 22) Jehovah thus forgets in the sense that he does not bring our sins up again and again in order to accuse or punish us over and over. Is it not comforting to know that our God forgives and forgets?

no. God is never forgetful. He always remembers all of us. He hears our cries and He helps us...He always has perfect timing with His answers. we may think He is late or has forgotten us but He always provides for our needs. plus, if God forgot us...we wouldn't be able to breathe. He loves us so much that He knows every detail about us and if He had a refrigerator our picture would be hanging on it. so to answer that question....no God does not forget (not even the smallest detail.

G-d is forgiving, but I doubt He is forgetful. Allah? Who's that?
Why would you even ask a question like this? Do you have a personal problem that you might have experienced and wish that HE would forget?
Ha-ha. Doubtful.

No, God is not forgetful, He is merciful.
But He is also joust, He judges with justice, but in his mercy he gives you countless chances to repent and stop doing evil, to obey His commands. It might look like he has forgotten but He is just actually giving us some more time in His infinite mercy.

God is not forgetful, except in your sins. When we ask for forgiveness he is faithful and just to forgive, he wipes them all away and forgets about them forever. It's like you never did them. Hallejuah!!!!
