I'm sorry, there is no magic bullet.
You cannot spot reduce and lose only belly fat. When you lose, you lose all over.

Quick weight loss is generally not long-lasting... quick losers tend to gain back as much as they lost, if not more, becasue the methods thay use to lose in the first place are extreme measures that they cannot mainatin for the rest of their lives.

A sensible program combining diet and exercise is effective for long term weight control. Reduce your food intake by about 300-400 calories a day, and increase your physcial activity to burn 200- 300 additional calories a day, resulting in a net calorie deficit of 500-700 calories a day. This will produce a weight loss of 1-2 pounds per week.

Your exercise program should contain both cardio and resistance components. Weight training is the most effective means of building muscle mass and boosting metabolism. Cardio burns excess calories and has beneficial effects on heart and lungs.

Good luck.

There's no way to spot reduce, sorry. However some belly "fat" is actually bloat underneath. How is your diet? Without getting too personal........could your bowels be slow?

Also some folks have a natural pooch.....it is their body form, there's a technical term for it, but can't think of it right now.

To minimize the problem, drink more liquids to flush out, do the tummy exercises to firm up the muscles underneath but also exercise all over to speed up body fat loss. Cut out the simple carbs such a bread/pasta/milk and eat veggies, fruit and lean protein such a fish. That's all.....this is just a short time diet. Eventually you'll have to add back some brown rice, barley and oats......stay away from wheat for awhile. See if that helps. Think water not juice or carbonated anything.

Eat right and work out. Quick/gimmick fixes rarely work, and when they do, they're too difficult to sustain, meaning your lifestyle is going to lead you right back to belly fat.

My family and I have been using the best cleansing technology...:)the first time I did it, I lost 16 pounds in 9 days:)...check out this site....w w w .cleansewithcgnj .com

It will change your life:)

the main reason for obesity in this country is because of all the toxins we ingest on a day to day basis.....When you ingest a toxin, the liver takes a fat cell and surrounds the toxin to protect it from your vital organs.....That’s why traditional diets do not work....they don't get rid of the toxins....so your body refuses to shed the fat....So, when you do this cleanse and get all the toxins out of your system, the body recognizes this and begins to shed the fat....
