I am including some info I have found online-but the fact that it has lasted so long and that you eyes are hurting too-it might be a Migraine. For me, sleep and/or cafine work for an everyday headache. For migraines I take a prescribed med. Talk to you doctor if it continues to last.

I have gained relief from headaches, by wrapping a large towel around my neck. The objective, is to apply mild traction to your neck, like a neck brace would do.
You also, may want to try laying on a firm surface, like a carpeted floor, or a gym mat, and place a rolled towel, in the small of your back, and another rolled towel under your neck. You can also do this, in most any high back chair, that leans back.
Ice packs, on the afflicted area, also help. There are actual masks, you chill in the freezer, expressly made for this purpose.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

Check your eyes first, if necessary use spects.
If eyes are ok acupressure will solve your problem in 30 seconds.
Search a painful point behind your thumb nail and press it with courage or ask your friend or family member.
