if you have loved and lost then you have experiance great love in your life and in your point of view lived life to the fullest but however the loss is going to hurt alot and may bring you down from life.
if you have never loved at all then you havent really had something to hold on to. you never had the experiance of caring for someone other than youself. however you will not lose anything and you will live life loving one and only one person. yourslef.

Whoever says loved and lost is full of s*** in my opinion. It hurts like a mofo! My analogy: do you think it's easier to survive never having had money, or to be loaded and then go broke? If you've always had to work to scrape by, it's just the way it is. If you never had to worry about it because it was always there, and then POOF! GONE!, now you know what you're missing and you worry about not only getting by but also remembering how great it was before.
EXACT same with love. Love is the most wonderful blessing but it can result in the most dreadful curse when it ends.

I question it so much, but I really feel it is better to have loved and lost then have never loved at all. It's because the feelings you have when you're in love make it all worth it, and losing love and gaining love is all a part of life and it would a part of life that person never got to experienced if they never experienced love at all.

I'm going with "to have had love and lost", at least you get to feel all the emotions great and not so great that come with a relationship. It's been a long time since I haven't been in a relationship and I'm adjusting to being single again, but I appreciate the years I had in my relationship and marriage even though it's over now.

Love and Lost. That way you'll be stronger in the next round, even though a next time isn't guaranteed. Everyone plays the fool sometimes. Relax, life is a lesson to be learned.

Definitely to have loved and lost because without out heartbreak, we can never learn love. Losing love makes you stronger and teaches you to appreciate it even more in the future.
