What's the value for 0.47K100 value printed on a capacitor.

Well, without seeing it for myself, this is just a very educated guess (based on experience, though):

470 pF 100 WVDC

I must admit I have never seen a decimal point used with a 'K', before. I have seen markings like this on precision resistors, not capacitors. Precision resistors come in (rectangular radial) packages that can look like some caps.

Check it with an Ohmmeter for 'continuity'. If it comes up with a steady resistance, then it is a resistor not a capacitor.
