In answer to your question, I'd say no, but I'm a little wicked...is there anything for which you owe someone a little sweet revenge? 'cause whether you just warm the room or you blame it on them, this could work well...

Beans have no ill effects on me. It really depends on how your body personally reacts to the bean burritos. Have you experienced bad gas before?
Beano should do the trick if you do have flatulence problems.
It may be inconsiderate...but I do not believe it is "wrong".

Depends on how much you like the other people in your office. If they are nice, then I would advise against it. But if they're jerks and you feel they deserve it, then I say go for it. And extra hot sauce too.
