Candle the egg or put a torch up to it to see if it is fertile. If it isn't leave the eggs there. If you take them she will produce more which lowers her calcium levels and isnt good for her.

Alternatively, (if it doesnt gross you out) you can look into supplementing her feed and then pull the eggs to cook and eat. I ate some of my pet duck eggs. They are saltier and stronger than chicken eggs but they are good all the same.

I suppose that is entirely up to you.If you have a drake around then there is a good chance the eggs are fertile. If their is no drake around best bet is they aren't fertile. Is she randomly laying them or has she built a nest.If she is trying to build a clutch and has access to a drake and you desire more ducks leave them alone for about a week and see what she does.Or you can collect the eggs and incubate them.If the duck is wanting to set as soon as she finishes her clutch she will stop laying. If she isn't trying to set or you keep collecting the eggs she will continue to lay till early to mid summer.A domestic duck of near any breed can lay upwards of 50 eggs in a season.
If you don't wish to have more ducks or your hen has no access to a drake then you can eat the eggs.Duck eggs are pretty good just be sure and collect them daily.

Your duck cannot have just laid two eggs, she must have done it over at least two days. This is because it takes 25 hours to produce and lay an egg.

The eggs more than likely won't hatch out, so you have two options.
1) Eat them if you think they haven't been there longer than a few days. You cook them in just the same way as a chickens egg, and they taste very similar.
2) Throw them away.

If you only have female ducks and thre is no chance of the eggs being vaible you have 2 choices. Take the eggs or leave them. If you leave them she will lay more and more until she is ready to sit. Remember she dosen't understand if they are not going to grow into ducklings. If she continues to sit she will wait and wait, the eggs will go rotten and you will have a skinny duck on your hands. My ducks went through this and I would recommend taking to eggs when she leaves her nest for food etc. If you want to just leave her one egg mark it with a pen and just collect the unmarked eggs daily.

If you have not waited too long, eat them!
I had a friend and he have all kinds of Birds. He would give me Chicken, Duck and Turkey eggs. Turkey eggs are extra, extra large. Once a man that raised Ostrich gave me an Ostrich egg. It was Hugh Extra Large. I invited some friends over and we scrambled it.

If you want her to keep laying eggs, take one and leave the other. Put a mark on it so you know which one to leave as you collect them. If there is no drake, male, the only thing to do is eat them. You can use them just like chicken eggs.

if your duck has hd contact with a male duck I would assume the eggs are fertile if not then you can leave them. If she has had contact with a male I would get an incubator or encourage your duck to incubate the eggs

If there's no male, the eggs aren't viable. Sometimes my cockatiels lay eggs and I have to throw them away (they aren't viable - no male). Good luck. :)

If you have any male ducks I would try incubating them, if you dont and they are fresh you can eat them.
