Some days, when I read answers to questions, I want to weep. The are so hateful, so bigoted. So ignorant. And the come from God's 'Children'. How is this possible? Why is this the way that it is? I try not to be hateful in my answers. I try to show my love of God, my love of his commandments through my answers - but apparently that is not so with others. How can you, my fellow Christians, call yourself that when you say hateful things about homosexuals, muslims, jews - or anyone who is different than you are. What would Jesus do?

Thank God Almighty that there are still people like yourself, who are filled with compassion for their fellow men and women. To God Be All The Glory, Amen!

Remember we are NOT perfect!, that's a start,
to "How is this possible" Why? u say...?why? ur a Christian u say, then U should already know, the answer to "why".
Right u don't, others do. Freedom of choice.
I'm a Christian and I don't say hateful things about, to or of homos,Muslims,Jews..or n/e1 who is 'different' then me.
Every1 has to be put in judgment before HIM...including myself. I won't be standing.... I've committed some horrendous sins, so I will be prostrated w/ my face to the ground.
BUT, I DO NOT accept, tolerate or expose myself to that which God has said is an abomination to HIM. That does not include any national origin. And as for religion, the Word says there is only 1 true faith."Narrow and cramped is the road to life...few r the 1's finding it" (paraphrased) ring a bell? So; since there only be 1 true faith then all the rest, are not.
It CAN NOT be that ALL or SOME r right, w/ such different and opposing views. The truth is the truth and u can not make it a lie. A lie is a lie and u can not make it the truth.
i.e. Satan told Eve "U certaintly will not die", well it is true; we do die, we ALL know this.Satan lied.
So either it is true or it is not.
What would Jesus do, u ask.......
He 's gonna do what he is supposed to do. Usher in the new system of things...Come back, and rid us of Satan, his demon cohorts, and all else who do not do HIS will, the will of his Father.
God has never executed judgement WITHOUT 1st giving a warning,(it could be 70 yrs worth or 2019) telling his servants here on Earth how to survive. We are to listen and follow thru with his commandments if you want to save ur life...also ur everlasting soul.
Ex: Israel was given warnings for some 70 yrs., or so during Jeremiah's time, those that heeded the warning survived, those that didn't perished.
A member of my own fam said to me"Where is this Jesus of yours", oohhh He will not be late, he'll be right on time.Whether you believe or not...does not change the fact that he will return. My reply to my fam member..... " It doesn't matter what you think or believe, you will see*, then you'll know, oohhh he's coming alright"
* see--either in your lifetime or in the ressurection
I hope this helps u

I absolutely agree with you. There is no room for hate or unforgiveness when you are a follower of Jesus Christ. You ask WWJD? He would not condone the muslims or the homosexuals for their beliefs, but He would speak to them with love and respect because they too are God's children. Christians, instead of hateful words, use Prayerful words for everyone that they can come to know the Lord Jesus the Messiah.

I agree, I admit I cringe each time I read an answer that proclaims to be Christian but is riddled with prejudice or hostility. I do believe however that many of these are posed by people hoping to make Christianity appear that way. After all a true Christian cannot feel those type of negative feelings and express them so aggressively if they are under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

You know that this being a free and open forum anyone can give answers and pretend to be a Christian, trolls usually like to stir it up on here.
Having said this I do agree with what you have said and I think that it is a great pity and does nothing to further the Gospel of our dear Lord and Savior, but those who spread hatred and distort the message of Jesus are taking a terrible risk, did not Jesus Himself say not all who call `Lord, Lord` will enter the kingdom.

Excuse me? There's an awful lot of "I's" in
there...gee, you sound like Jesus Himself.
Guess what, genious, Jesus was tolerant
of what was right. What happened in the Temple when He saw something that wasn't right? Did he just say "now, lets be tolerant, children, the moneychangers have the right to be here, too". Get off it, fluffball. You are no good to God if you have no backbone whatsoever. When you go to the extreme of tolerance, you become the lukewarm Christian that God hates. You do nobody any good by being a soothsayer.
Thats a person who just says something nice and kind, whatever the person wants to hear so they still like you. Christianity is not
your personality contest. When Christ returns, will he be happy because everyone likes you even if they've lost their soul?
I am not mean to people, but I am direct
and to the point. I do not sweeten it up so
it seems kinda okay for a person to continue in sin.
I also don't preach. A question is asked, and I answer it with the TRUTH, which you need to learn "cuts both ways".
Some day I pray that you become a grown up Christian and can be used in the service of God.

Some times I get so frustrated with other participants. I feel like they won't ever see the truth. I like how the New York Times has stated that homosexuality is biological. I wonder how that's going to floor the fundamentalists. God Bless.

The answers you received only serve to prove your point.

It amazes me the amount of hatred and intolerance spread in God's name.
