Read this page http://www.bcnc.org.uk/BZ_pregnancy.pdf it has all the information you should need.
Benzos are very bad in pregnancy. So is alcohol. Even one light drinking session and cause permanent damage to a baby. tranx and sleeping pills like valium work similar to alcohol. Alcohol is probably more toxic though but I would strongly advise you not to take valium or any other tranquilliser or sleeping pill in pregnancy. If a person is addicted to tranquillisers or sleeping pills it can be dangerous for mother and unborn child to stop suddenly though because withdrawal symptoms can include seizures and psychosis.

Sit by the window. It helps to see where you are going. If you are afraid of flying in general, don't be. Flying is the safest way of travel. I used to hate flying but now I love it. When there is turbulence, which there will be unfortunately, just look out the window. If you see mountains, you'll know that they are causing the turbulence. It's not the wing about to fall off. Finally, just relax, embers yourself in a game of cards with your neighbor, or watch the inflight movie, you can even bring a laptop and go on the internet. Just remember, look, discratct, and RELAX! Have a good flight!

No, that's a class D pill which means it will cause issues with the baby. And the person above me is incorrect. You NEVER take aspirin while you're pregnant. Only Tylenol and in moderation.

Valium is known to cause problems with pregnancy. It is a pregnancy class D medication meaning "Positive evidence of human fetal risk..."
Consider alternative strategies.
