If that person wanted to kill you for telling that joke would he have to serve time both for murder, and aiding and abetting. But with some time off for grassing up the other two to the police?

if he says he is going to kill HIMSELF then no. he is killing the same personality he is.
however, if he says he is killing TONY, (a name of his other personalities) then yes it is hostage and murder.
thing is the guy actually commited a perfect murder. he got away with it, except he dies too. (thru proxy) .....sort of...ugh
