The Maoists are committing general crimes under the Penal Codes. If they are rampant, special courts should be constituted to try those cases and disposed of speedily. Very stringent punishment should be awarded for political murders.
Secondly, the Maoists take up local issues which divide the society so as to build up their mass base. But it is a contradiction in terms. In a divided society on the basis of caste if you take up the issues on behalf of one group, you tend to displease other groups. This has happened in Bihar. This has happened in West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh. But the state machinery can come on heavily on both the groups who perpetrate group violence.
The rural economy should be given priority in primary health, education and promotion of employment.

Maoists do not participate in democratic elections, but they want to seize power by extreme violence. So they should be finished by the same violence.

Terrorism of any type is bad. Dialogues is the successful way to reduce terrorism. Patience should not be lost.

its up to the respective goverments and people what has u.s to do with it,they get involved in things what are needed by them like oil.they are not doing any charity.
