I assume this 54 Kilos.
Stomach Crunches should work. As you build up hold a Bar Bell weight behind your head and increase the weight slowly. And your Reps will move up and down as you move to more weight.

Try doing what I call "mad russians". Sit on your butt and keep both your shoulders and you legs off the ground (so your butt is the only thing touching the ground). Hold your hands in front of your chest and rotate your torso... do as many as you can. Good luck!

ummmmmmmm diversify use upper ab workouts and low ab workouts... ummm crunches would be upper abs. leg lifts would be lower abs... build up ur abs and try to burn off the fat above them.. and most of all stay determined cuz it will take 2+ months of steady hard workout... try to workout hard enough to get sore everytime..
