My dear cedar trees are all infected with some strange orange jello like substance. I know that it has appeared in the last three days. I have looked at all 7 trees and each had some on it. The fungus is scentless and is like a halfway set bowl of jello. I am worried that it will kill my precious trees. I would like to know if it will spread to other trees or plants and if it will kill anything and if i can get rid of it

Balls of orange jelly tentacle things?
Cedar apple rust. The life cycle is divided between apple trees and cedar trees... yours are currently producing spores. Pull off the little balls when you find them. My old university used to kill off the host apple trees... It can be a bit of a problem.
