Hair coloring does change the texture of the hair in most cases, giving it a "fuller" appearance. A shorter cut will also give a little lift to the hair. Good idea for thinning hair.

I had the same problem last year, and I had to cut my hair. Now my hair is healty and beautifull. I advice you to do something like that. It was the first time that I had such a short hair, but I was surprised how fast it grew.

that's what i did.

my hair is really fine and thin so it looked limp. i dyed it a warm color to go with my skin cuz i'm pale and cut it short (cuz i'm 5'2") and it looks SO much healthier.

hair dye and a cut is great for a boost of confidence and something new. go for it!

maybe this link will help

Usually when your hair is thin it can be fragile. maybe not dye it yet but cutting it should be fine. there are vitamin you can take to help your hair example Goji Juice. if you really want to dye it start with streaks and gradually increase the colour.
