Depends on your reasons. I didn't go to my sister's wedding because I just had a baby 4 weeks prior and I lived about 1500 miles away. She still treated me like I was evil anyway. I think she was mad that my card didn't have a few hundred bucks in it either.

Depends on your relationship currently.
If you are "tight" I'd say it is pretty bad unless you had like an extremely important work meeting ensuring a promotion in your job or some kind of unmissable career advancement.
Personally I haven't seen my sister since i was sixteen because i left home and moved to a different country. She hated me for some reason hence no remorse for never going to her birthdays or eveb her Wedding. It has been 6 years since we last even talked to eachother.

Well, its only has evil as you care. The fact you're asking this question means you care. The problem is you didn't mention why you weren't going to her wedding so no one can answer this question with a serious response.

In a scale of 1 to 10 Hmmmm I'd give it a 9 1/2. Need to know what the reason is to be able to judge.

if you dont want to go to your sister's wedding, it would just show you either don't approve her marriage and aint giving her your blessings.
at the same, if you aint happy with her or anything, going to the wedding would just make you more unhappy. So what for attend the wedding when you don't feel like doing so.

Screw being evil; you're just selfish as hell if you don't go to your sister's wedding. Plus, it makes you look like a selfish little brat to everyone else as well.

That would all depend on the reason for not attending. I don't know if evil is the right word for not attending, unless you would do it to spite your sister. More information is needed to answer this question correctly.

there's a lot to take into consideration without knowing the family history and situation it's impossible to call someone evil for not going to their sisters wedding.
