1 Matthew 24:22 If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened.
23 At that time if anyone says to you, 'Look, here is the Christ!' or, 'There he is!' do not believe it.
24 For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect--if that were possible.
25 See, I have told you ahead of time.
26 "So if anyone tells you, 'There he is, out in the desert,' do not go out; or, 'Here he is, in the inner rooms,' do not believe it.
27 For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
28 Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.
29 "Immediately after the distress of those days "'the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.'
30 "At that time the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory.
31 And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.
32 "Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near.
33 Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door.
34 I tell you the truth, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.
35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
36 "No one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.
37 As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.
38 For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark;
39 and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man.
40 Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left.
41 Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.
42 "Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.
43 But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into.
44 So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.

You will not find "Christians" in the book of Revelation. While there are frequent mentions of "believers" in the book, the word "Christians" does not appear. Realize that John was writting this during a time when he was imprisoned. It had to be smuggled off the island on which he was in exile for being a Christian. So much of Revelation is carefully worded to avoid "words" that would alert the guards of the meaning of the message if the document were found. So Jesus is referred to by "code names" such "the lamb", and the Christians are called the "faithful" and other such names.
Those who believe in a "rapture" of the Christians or the church, usually will point to John's being taken to heaven at the begin of chapter 4, after he finishes the messages to the 7 chruches, as the picture of the Rapture in Revelation.

The Rapture is described primarily in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 and 1 Corinthians 15:50-54. 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 describes the Rapture as God resurrecting all believers who have died, giving them glorified bodies, and then departing the earth with those believers who were still alive, who have also been given glorified bodies. "For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever" (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).

They don't disappear.
Some false teachers promote the rapture fallacy, but any good student of God's Word knows this to be a fallacy.
They say the church is removed or raptured, but seem to forget what is written Rev.11.
Rev 11:3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
Rev 11:4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
Notice the Two candlesticks, and what are candlesticks.
Rev 1:20 The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.
Candlesticks are churches.

Oh Primo, they prefer to shaggy dog tale round about this and say "sturdy riddance" and "i am going to take your position and vehicle," etc. ... yet easily that a number of them will comprehend that what we've been preaching to them is the reality. And with that awareness, will come the awareness that they have got been left in the back of. regrettably, their next awareness will be what they're about to move with the help of with a view to go back out on the triumphing aspect. regrettably, the final public of non-Jewish unbelievers will fail to allure to close the magnitude of this significant signal and die wondering that there is not any longer something better than this existence. For the Jewish unbeliever, in spite of the indisputable fact that, is a message of wish: presently after the Rapture, yet before the Tribulation, the prophet Elijah will come (Malachi 4:5) and practice to them the very shown reality that Jesus is their Messiah -- which will heal both,000 twelve months old rift in Jewish households which have rejected individuals who settle for Him (Mal. 4:6). This rift became prophesied by using Jesus at Matthew 10:34-37. The Scriptures let us know that the Jewish human beings will then heroically upward push up and carry out the most excellent interest of evangelization ever considered in historic previous.

The Rapture is not specifically referred to in the Bible, it's a inference and an interpretation that started in the 1880's. Look up dispensationalism.

After Chapter 3, I believe.
But please note that the manuscripts are quite clear about why they "disappear";
they are not mentioned again until I believe
chapter 20 (?), and its not because they have been raptured, but rather its because they are deceived by Antichrist, and not
worthy to be called a "church".
Once they have been "set straight", they
are back.

It's not in Revelation, the theory comes from 1 Thessalonians 4:16.

Christians are not specifically mentioned in Revelation.
Revelation is 100% symbolism.
Depending on how one interprets the symbolism, there can probably be more than one arguable answer.

Revelation 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
Where it says "come up hither"... we have been taken up into the heaven's with Jesus. Praise the Lord!!!
