You can find it on Microsoft's website but, you need to have a older version for it to install on. Here is where you go to find it.
ftp.microsoft.com
goto the following folder.
softlib>msfiles
The files are there but they are buried within the 2500+ files that are in that folder.
They are called
STEPUP.EXE MS-DOS Step-up Kit US version
SUP621.EXE MS-DOS 6.21 Supplemental Disk
SUP622.EXE MS-DOS 6.22 Supplemental Disk

Use a boot disk. You must set the flopy drive to be your 1st boot device.
