please help i need to lose 1 or 2 kilos in 3 days as i have a judo compotition on sunday

you could try some laxitives that can knock off a kilo Dont go overboard with them tho ooooo

Dont try anything dramatic. Just reduce the calorie amount of all the three meals at least by half. Possibly, it will lead to some reduction in weight but two kilos is a long shot in three days.

It depends on your metabolism but I have done it before, 40 minutes of heavy cardio per day, salads, chicken, omelette made with egg whites, tuna fish - those kinds of foods will help you. Some but little carbs in the mornings/early afternoon to keep your energy up (brown toast for example).
Everyone is different though, for me that works.

You're not going to do it- not safely at least.

If you drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fiber- and don't neglect your nutrition- you should be able to drop some of the weight.
