Turn off the computer. When you have free time, read a good book, your Bible, or pray.


I would recommend reading "Pursuit of Holiness" and "The Practice of Godliness" both by Jerry Bridges.

unplug your computer, get rid of your internet, go to meetings, get help from local pastor or friends there's always someone who's ready to help out, pray to God for strenght, and He will provide....dont give up
