Whether they are genuine or not is irrelevant.
If you buy a car privately from overseas, you will have no warranty at all. If it breaks down after 5 miles, you are stuck with it...

Don't hand over any cash until you are sure, try to get a website or brochures, send a letter to their address for something that has to be returned to your address, just keep checking until you are satisfied, good luck.
