No. Jews used to give burnt animal offerings in the Temple when it existed. When it was destroyed, the great Rabbis who were alive afterwards agreed that, as a replacement for the offerings, we should pray to G-d.
Now, there are 3 different prayer-books (siddurim) that Jews use to ask for forgiveness, etc., in place of the offerings.
The thing is, you could never replace the holiness of the offerings & the Holy Temple. There were also certain things that you did in the Temple that purified you after you did certain things which made you impure. Nowadays, without the Temple, we're all impure, since we have no "cure" for it, so we have to wait until we die so that we could go to Gehenom-the Jewish version of Hell-so that we could be cleaned of our impurity.

Since the scriptures require that all sacrifices be made at the Temple in Jerusalem, and it has not been in existence since 70AD, they no longer have a place where they can offer such sacrifices. So following the destruction of the Temple of 70AD, the blood sacrifices have ceased.
