first of all, god doesn't introduce himself to you except through the Bible. second of all, your parents aren't gods, they can't bend reality around your will like God can and thirdly, just because He can, that doesn't mean He will. God has plans for our lives. If he agreed to each and every one of everyone's prayers, it would mess up his plans big time. If you have prayers that you think aren't getting answered, think about what I just said.

There is no God. When people talk of experiencing God, it is just feeling emotions about God as a result of being indoctrinated by the religion. Religion is all about emotional manipulation and childhood indoctrination. It's what keeps religion alive.
It's really too bad that humans haven't progressed past such superstition.

What? I'm totally confused...or maybe you are. God is a he. In the bible, it clearly says that. He only listens to our prayers once we are saved (when we've asked him to come into our hearts and change our lives). If you have not done that. PLEASE DO. The only way to get to heaven is if you receive jesus in your heart.God allows things to happen that he knows will cause someone to come to him for the answers. So, if he knows the way to get to you is by a trial he will cause a trial. Some people come to God once they see a miracle.

When you are small, people can convince you that anything is God and you will believe it. Perhaps you'll notice that when you get older, He stops showing up. If he still shows up for you, let everyone know what color are His/Her eyes.
