I had it when I was a month old , what are the chances I still have it at age 20.

Generally when you have an allergy to a drug, you will always have an allergy to it. It's just how our immune system works. There are plenty of other antibiotics out there. Your SENSITIVITY may decrease to penicillin though. That is not uncommon from childhood to adulthood.

Be VERY, VERY careful! You can be tested to see if you are still allergic.

I grew out of it.There's a possibility that allergies can change, fortunately for the nitwit who who shot me full of penicillin in a European hospital and then went to find my chart to write it up. That was where he saw the big red allergy alert on the cover.......

Nothing happened but I had as many doctors and nurses as the room could hold watching white faced as it didn't.

So the answer is Yes, you can grow out of it, but go to your doctor, don't find out the hard way!

Most times, penicillin allergies don't go away. If anything, they get worse.

try taking it again now that your older but I'm in my retire years and I'm still allergy to penicillin been so all of my life in fact my whole family is allergy to it

It's quite likely that you still have it. Hardly ever do allergies like that go away.
