There is no finer sound at night than the cats' operatic society practising outside the bedroom window.....closely followed by the splash of a bucket of water over the proceedings.
They're chatting each other up. The bloke ones are giving it large and the gals are just cat-fighting.

LOL, as quickly as we introduced out new cat homestead from the shield, my different cat replaced into not happy. the recent cat replaced right into a highway battling gang member (who's additionally approximately 5 lbs obese...), and my old cat is a teeny tiny tabby who has been interior her total existence. Holy **** they have been battling the 1st couple of nights...all night. All may well be high-quality for a pair hours and then we would awaken to the sounds of issues crashing from off the coffe tables, cats being thrown into partitions, cats screaming at eachother. It replaced into insane. That lasted a pair of week and a nil.5. each and every freakin' night.

What funny sounds??? Sounds made in their sleep are because they are dreaming, muscles will often twitch as well. Funny sounds made while they are watching out a window or outside on the prowl are territorial or mating calls.

Cats have the most fun at night. Its the time they seem to come to life, being nocturnal animals by instinct, its something they just enjoy doing alot!.
Cats have tonnes of different vocal calls too, so perhaps they are talking to themselves, to other cats or singing? lol who knows.
If only, we could talk to the animals!

If their not fixed it could be from looking or longing for a mate. If they are, it could possibly be from loneliness. Cats are hard to figure out at times. : )

Do you mean when they're sleeping? My kitty makes the strangest sounds when he's asleep - I reckon he's dreaming of chasing mice!
