Try sending her flowers. Just to get her to talk to you. Then once she does, you'd better start some major apologizing.
No girl wants a guy who is going to disrespect her in front of his friends.

well, personally i think that sending someone flowers or chocolates as an apology is kind of cliched, and it doesn't exactly take a lot of effort to do. i think u would stand a better chance of being forgiven if u show that you've made a real effort to think about what u have done wrong, and that u are really sorry. write her a letter, tell her how much she means to u. if she likes music, then make her a tape / cd of songs that u both like.... if u really want to send her flowers, then buy something like a miniature rose plant in a nice pot..... that way u can tell her that u want your relationship to grow and develop, just like the rose.... lol - i know it sounds kind of corny, but it's a lot more original than getting a bunch of flowers that'll probably be dead within a week.......

A present might not be the best thing as it'll always be the thing that reminds her of whatever you've done! Send her some flowers with a note saying "I'm sorry, I was wrong and I love you" or something to that effect. She'll probably forgive you, unless your idea of screwing up a little is screwing SOMEONE a little...

Exotic, rare and expensive flowers with a nice card saying how sorry you are and how much you care.
a cute teddy bear that says i love you on it with some chocolates - even get some chocolate from Thorntons, they can put messages on things for you.
or a romantic meal somewhere she likes, just deliver an invitation to her and say you want to make it up to her as she means the world to you.
Failing that - do all of the above and i'm sure you'll be forgiven.

Give her time to calm down, bombarding her with gifts or calls is only going to annoy her. Back off and wait for her to come to you.
Once she does, take her out for a lovely meal and treat her like a princess forever more.
She will appreciate that much more than anything now - you'll just seem like a stalker!

Maybe you should write her a letter and apologize...Then you would need to prove to her that you are not going to "screw-up a little bit" again. Humble Pie helps...but more than that, we women want somebody that we can count on ALL THE TIME!!!!

Send her a note apologise ... ring her ... turn up with flowers and hope she doesn't wrap them round your ears.
Then apologise again maybe she will forgive you you can only try.
