I boarded a flight with a slight sprain on my right big toe,in mid flight,my right foot starts to swell. after 14hours of flight, i couldn't even walk. is this normal?

It could be due to the pressurization changes but the only way to know for sure is to discuss this with a doctor.

It is normal to have some swelling. People are different and swell differently on flight. Injuries swell more than usual while in flight.

3 Suggestions when flying for more than 3 hours:

1) Walk around on the plane a few times.

2) Take your shoes off. I have an extra pair of socks I put on after taking off the shoes.

3) Drinking water before and during the flight to keep yourself hydrated.
