small pimples on his penis and around he says it itches and that hes fine.But i heard that thats not normal? could it be a sexual transmited desease?

Actually that is REALLY common from shaving the genital area.

Don't worry, he is okay. He just has razor burn. My husband also gets this sometimes when he shaves. It will go away after a few days, but in the meantime he can put some type of moisturizer on the effected area to help with the itch and discomfort. I hope this helps!

last month I had a like apinple a side the penis and yes it hurts alot take him to his family doctor, or try to put cream
