#1 The government requires animal testing for all new drugs and procedures. This does not make the animal testing useful, nor does it do much to guarantee the safety of such drugs. Refusing such treatments that have been tested on animals in the past does nothing to change the government mandate.
#2. CPR was not developed using animal studies, nor were all antibiotics. Many of the other techniques listed could have been developed without animal testing. And in many cases false conclusions from wasting time abusing animals have caused needless human death.
Those cards were actually produced by some Trapping Organization. I guess they tried to be clever when they weren't so busy cheering on the anal electrocution of animals.
