Does any Diabetics have any juicing recipes

Juice...even the good ones usually contain way too much sugar. I wouldn't recommend drinking juice if you're diabetic. An occasional fruit may be okay if you eat the whole thing if it's an apple or orange because you can get the fiber that comes with the pulp or flesh of the fruit. Whereas in juice....you wouldn't.

Be careful to still count your carbs for the day - mine are 12-14

two good ones -
carrot/apple - 6 carrots and two apples(no seeds)..

potassium drink
handful of spinach/ 2 celery sticks/ small handful of parsley/
2 apples(no seeds) - this is really good for digestion
for either constipation or diarrhea

I'm diabetic, & i can't drink juices, they shoot my sugar sky high, but eating fruit helps stabilize my sugars, no juice for me
