Try using some Jet Dry to help with the drying. Also, you may want to use a dishwasher cleaner to get rid of some of the built up gunk that may be blocking your fans that dry dishes.

Not sure of the answer, but my dishwasher is having the same problem. There will be puddles on top of the cups, when it's "done" drying.

Check which cycle you have it on - if it's on air dry it may take a while for the dishes to dry on their own. Air dry doesn't dry them with hot air.

Add more Jet Dry
Your heater for drying may be broken
Your heater for drying may be turned off accidently.

check and mke sure at the bottom nothing is cloges it will save you mony i saved me some!
