Just wanna ask if by having anal sex, failing to wash properly, would that result in having gonorrhea symptoms in men's penis? Are there any medications that one can buy from drugstore or pharmacy instead of going to a doc?

It would not result in gonorrhea symptoms unless either one of the partners (man, woman, whatever) has gonorrhea.
If you think you have contracted this, I suggest you go to the doctor. Any STD left untreated is a threat to you and your future partners.

No, there's no over-the-counter medication that you can get from the drugstore...

Gonorrhea is treated with antibiotics prescribed by a health professional. Antibiotic treatment, if taken exactly as directed, normally cures gonorrhea infections. If antibiotics are not taken properly, the infection will not be cured. Prompt antibiotic treatment also prevents the spread of the infection and decreases the risk of complications..

Many people who have gonorrhea also have chlamydia, a similar sexually transmitted disease. When both infections are present, medication treatment includes antibiotics that are effective in treating both chlamydia and gonorrhea.

Complications of untreated gonorrhea in other areas of the body include:

Fever.
Skin infection (cellulitis).
An infection in the bloodstream (sepsis).
Inflammation of a joint (arthritis). It most often affects the knees and hands.
An infection and inflammation of the heart valves and the chambers of the heart (endocarditis).
An infection of the fluid and tissues that surround the brain and spinal cord (meningitis).

Yes, you can still get gonorrhea from having anal sex and no, it can't be treated with over the counter medications. Gonorrhea is most commonly treated with antibiotics, which can only be prescribed by a doctor. If you are worried about someone seeing you there, try a clinic or health department in your town. Most of the time, it is cheaper, or free if you don't have insurance.

Gonorrhea symptoms are caused by (you guessed it)... gonorrhea.

And if this is the case, there are no over the counter medications that cure the illness. You have to visit someone who is licensed to prescribe antibiotics (ie. a physician or nurse practitioner).

This is for your benefit as well as the benefit of your partners. Gonorrhea can be a VERY serious illness if left untreated. It can lead to sterility and (worst case scenario) can spread to the entire body causing infection in your joints and skin.

The health department is involved in finding and treating those infected. Take responsibility for your health and the health of those you've had sex with... Go to your doctor/ visit a free clinic/ whatever. Get treated.

Gonorrhea causes gonorrhea. Fortunately, it is very easy to treat. All you need is one dose of an antibiotic.
Gonorrhea is a STD, and so, unprotected sex can lead to getting this illness.
