You could make pasta and vegetables. Get pre chopped vegetables such as broccoli, carrots or what ever you like. Cook the veggies in a microwave with water while you're boiling water for the pasta. You can season it with butter & olive oil and parmesean cheese. Then you toss everything in a big container and presto you have a heathy delicious dinner. Hope this helps, good luck. P.S. it only takes about 15 minutes to make.

Pick up a couple of box's of Zatarin's Jambalya mix, 1 ring of Kielbasa, and some frozen jumbo shrimp. Make up the jambalya according to package instructions and add chopped kielbasa and thawed shrimp during the cooking process. You can also add chopped green bell pepper etc. but these are optional. Put in serving dish and top with cheese.

What about a pasta dish that could be made ahead of time, and even frozen? Lasagna or any baked pasta freezes really well, and is easy to transport as well.

The grocery store sells prepackaged stuffed shells in the frozen section - all you do is put your favorite sauce on - throw it in the microwave (I top mine with mozarella cheese). It is really good, especially when you don't have time to cook.
