Having HPV increases a person's chance of contracting genital herpes though if they are exposed to the virus.

They are completely different viruses and cause different symptoms.

HPV cannot eventually cause you to have genital Herpes.

HPV, is human papilloma virus, which is a different virus than Herpes Simplex, the virus that causes Herpes.

Some types of HPV can cause genital warts, and other types of HPV are also linked with cervical cancer.

Herpes usually causes blisters or sores to appear.

One thing to note is that the same types of behavior; such as unprotected sex, can cause infection with both HPV and Herpes, and neither is currently curable. Once you've got it, you've got it forever.

2 completely different things here. Although, having an STD to begin with makes you susceptible to getting one again..

no, just puts you at a higher risk of many other diseases..herpes itself is a different virus
