I don't know if this is what you have or not,but it does sound like sleep apnea.I have dealt with alot of patients who describe similar symptoms, which is related to sleep apnea. There are tests for this and you should discuss all your symptoms with your doctor and he may suggest going to a sleep laboratory for diagnosis. Also I have provided a website to help you understand sleep apnea.I hope this helps.

You need more tests to determine the problem. It could be acid reflux. Acid reflux can have many symptoms that can be diagnosed incorrectly as something else.

It seems to me your doctor should be doing more to discover the problem. I would ask him/her for a sample of an acid reflux pill to see it that eases the problem, it can't harm you in any way to take a sample. Perhaps you should think about seeing another doctor. You can't go on like this.

Two matters I found out approximately converts households on my undertaking-- one million) They will act like its the top of the sector while you convert. Its to be anticipated, such a lot of what persons pay attention approximately the church isn't actual. They even mostly threaten to disown. two) They under no circumstances do. And in the event that they do, they difference their minds once they see you're nonetheless the identical character you continually had been. Maybe slightly happier, possibly slightly extra sufferer and loving. But once they see that their fears had been unfounded, they chill out. I say, meet with the missionaries and fairly get a well snatch of what the church is approximately earlier than you get too stuck up in baptism. You desire to fairly fully grasp, fairly have religion earlier than you're making covenants with God. But I wouldnt exchange it for something. Nothing even remotely comes just about the fullness of the gospel and the enjoyment it brings.

First-this is not sleep apnea unless you go to sleep every time you lay down. Sleep apnea only affects you when you are actually asleep. If you have this feeling after you doze off it could be.
In my experience these symptoms are usually some sort of heart dysfunction so see different doctors and keep asking for help until they figure out what it is.
