It sounds like you have a heart arrythmia. The type of doctor you want to contact is an cardiologist that specializes in the heart electrical activity. They are called Electrophysiology Cardiologist. The can find out difinitavely what the irregular rhythm of you have and it is a possiblitity it can be life thretening. It could be controlled by medications or there are small surgeries that the put a catheter in the heart itself and fix the area.

Bending over may stimulate you vagus nerve which will slow a heart arrhythmia that originates in the atrium of your heart. That may be a good sign but it is really important to find out difinitavley what it is.

They can do that a couple of ways they can give you a small heart monitor that you can wear home and walk along side of your girlfriend without anyone but you knowing you are wearing the monitor and the monitor will send a picture to the doctor who can see the problem. And there are lots of things and medications that can possibly fix it.

Thats a palpatation. You should check it out. Is this the first time it happens. When you bend over your increasing the venous return, to your heart. I wonder if you have a condition called pulmonary hypertension. If you goto the hospital they'll do a electrocardiogram and an echocardiogram and tell you exactly whats wrong with you. Good luck and hope it gets better.
