You don't have the time to go shopping for me but you have time to write an IGNORANT COMMENT? How come all these people have answers then?

Anyways, thanks everyone who tried answering.

Green bell peppers......$1.99 per pound
Chili peppers................$3.99 per pound

Hard to tell because they go by weight where I live. If you were to buy these things already chopped and ready to use they would probably cost you twice as much because you are paying for the labor/convenience.

Those are all products that vary by the time of year and store where purchased. I CAN tell you what they're listed as for MY grocery store, here in the midwest. you'll have to dice your own:

1 bell pepper- 69 cents, sometimes 2 for $1
2 chilli peppers- about 80 cents total
pint of tomatoe sauce- 99 cents to $1.69
