Nuts, (peanut butter etc) are good sources of protein. Also eat seitan (its wheat gluten fake meat) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seitan
fake meat, quorn, boca, morningstar, tofurky, yves, are all brands of fake meat that are good, morningstar and boca are probably ones you can find at a regular grocery store. Or even use smart ground, a substitute for ground meat.
heres some good tofu ideas
http://www.fatfree.com/recipes/tofu/
Try breading a baking tofu or making a sauce for it.

ok, at the start, are those human beings telling you that stuff vegetarian? Odds are they are not. maximum folk want to think of that they understand each little thing there is approximately being healthful or approximately vegetarianism, even if in the event that they are not the image of well being. you recognize what I propose? So do no longer pay attention to those human beings. i've got self belief that we don't need as plenty protein because of the fact the beef marketplace says we do. yet you definetely want some. maximum ingredients that have protein are not from animals. right this is a handful:: Nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts, pecans, etc) Beans (black, kidney, white, etc.) Quinwoa different Grains (bread, bagels..) dark eco-friendly vegetables (extraordinary, huh?) Brown Rice Soy/Tofu it is merely some, there is a lot greater.

If you can't cook, then you should try Morning Star Farms new frozen "Mushroom Lovers Burger" Patties. They taste just like meat & you pop them in the microwave for 90 seconds & they taste so much like real meat, that it is almost wrong to eat them! If you don't want any taste of meat, then I suggest that you try Dr. Praegers Veggie Burgers. They don't taste like meat, but they are a great replacement food that has high protein. Dr. Praegers heart healthy burger replacement is also in the frozen food section, but you have to find a health food storee that stocks it in your area. Morning Star is everywhere, since the Kellogg Company distributes it! Good luck!

You can do cheeses, milk products, soy joghurt and milk, rice and corn (make a complete protein with beans), legumes, nuts and seeds and their butters. Or you could get you some protein powder if you really fear to not get enough protein...

Boca products and Morningstar Farms can be found in any large grocers and I eat them most of the time. I don't care for the "burger" styles because I don't care for burgers but the sausage links and patties and the black bean patties (picante!) or fake chicken patties (nuggets, buffalo wings...) are great.

well, i used to have this same problem. tofu is one option, and you might not like plain tofu, but they also make it in flavors! there's hot and spicy, teriyaki, and some other stuff. also, you could just stick with all the soy products. just go to a grocery store, you'll find it! one of my favorite brands is morningstar farms. they make soy chicken, sausage, ribs, anything you could imagine! and its all meatless. if you just try some differnt things your bound to find something you like.

you can get protein from many other sources besides meat. soy, nuts, legumes, and other foods can supply your protein needs. I like Boca products or Morningstar Farms. you can microwave them. Amy's is also good.
