my best mate is going out with my cousin, who is like a sister really.
they started dating 2 weeks ago, but I found out only yesterday.
i told them i don't know what to say and that it was weird.

They can amke they're own decisions, wether you like it or not. I'm sorry but I think the only thing to do here is just let them be. Sure, you can tell them how you feel, but you can't change anything and definately don't try to break them up or anything, ot you'll be on both of their bad sides. These things seem hard, but you'll get over them in time

i think your over reacting a bit....she still will be your cousin and he will still be your best mate.....maybe it was a shock at first...but things will be OK...just think when you all go out now it will be with all the people you like...just tell your mate to be nice to her...and when your cousin is having problems with him please don't get involved as this will end in a messy situation,I'm sure she has friends she can talk to...and he has others to.....so don't get involved you will end up losing him or her or both...

Time heals all wounds. If he really cares for you, then he'll probably leave her and maybe return to you. If he really cares, he's probably finding it hard himself- stick with his cousin, or return to you?
Give it some time, and if he still sticks with her, do not confront him. Do not be agressive. Sit down with your cousin and him, and have a talk about it. You might hear startling things from their sides, and if everyone is there, calm, not aggresive, you're likely to solve the matter quickly.
