They're so disgustingly trashy..every girl has the same F-in tattoo...it's either a tribal...or Kanji...or stars..or some random words. I don't get it...They're horrendous.

For the girls that have them...how do you feel about 90% of men thinking you're just some common wh0re??

For the girls who do have them...what do you have??

I forgot to mention that it's usually a butterfly too...or a flower.

Lower Back Tattoos For Women

2016-10-04 05:42:05 · answer #2 · answered by ? 4 · 0 0

It would seem that the amount of women to comment on this post have a general Concurrence that it is not trashy to sport a, "tramp stamp". However, it would also seem that there is a definitive pattern of women/girls who have them. There is no logic behind tattoo's; inking ones self is usually an emotional symbol. Unfortunately, tramp stamps seem to be most utilized by women with low self-esteem in a subconscious (or councious) attempt at feeling sexy. Although there is nothing wrong with FEELING sexy, some might argue that being overly promiscuous indicates an abundance of sexual activity and/or poor life choices. Personally, I feel bad for women who have fallen victim to our society via media influence. I will agree that some men will find tramp stamps attractive, but the type of man is an arguable variable. "Men" who are interested in one night stands and frequent clubs are the most likely candidate in finding these types of tattoos attractive, although that's not ALWAYS the case.

So, they're all the same, except the ones that aren't...?

The lower back is currently a popular location for women getting tattoos, and anything popular tends to be knocked after a while; especially if someone can come up with a suitably catchy and derogatory term like 'tramp stamp'.

Personally, although I have several tattoos I don't have one on my lower back (mainly because I'm envisaging getting a much larger backpiece one day). But that doesn't mean I have anything aganst those that do; I don't feel it's possible to judge a person based solely on their choice of tattoos. I certainly woudn't be comfortable pronouncing someone a 'disgustingly trashy common whore' based on their tattoos, but then it's not the sort of thing I would say or think anyway, so we may just have to agree to differ on this point.

I do think that some of the common tattoo choices made (by both men and women, and not just lower-back tattoos) are a bit generic and that they could have had something more personal and interesting. None of my own tattoos are common things like butterflies, kanji, etc. But if people are happy with their ink, then fair enough, I say.

I don't have a lower back tattoo. I have a small tattoo that is near my ankle and 80% faded due to removal process. It should be gone very soon. What can I say? I changed my mind. It cannot be described by anything you listed. It is an original drawing.

I think the lower back is an excellent place for a woman's tattoo. It's discreet and she can choose to show it or cover it up. If you don't like them I suggest not getting one.

Why such hatred in your question? 90% of men would not look at these women and call the "common wh0res." I think it's trashy for a woman to use that word. Not classy at all. So much anger and judgement over tattoos, what's going on with you? Why don't you worry about that and forget what other people choose to adorn their bodies with.

why do girls get lower back tattoos? why do people get tattoos on their ankles or arms or legs or back or anything.. its a person's preference. I don't know why people are trippin over it?? thats really weird.. people wouldnt have even came up with the term "tramp stamp" if it wasnt for wedding crashers.. plus not all girls who get them are "tramps" I'm gettin one and im certainly not a tramp.. lol. there are many girls who come from very respectable families and such who get lower back tattoos. its really just a person's preference on where they want to get inked... but i feel a person should not be judged on her/his tattoo..

"Taste" is a relavtive term.
Thank goodness everyone doesn't have the same taste when it comes to tattoos - that's what makes them interesting to look at. One thing I've learned since getting tattoos, especially once you start getting the big pieces, is to not judge by the outside appearance. We get a bad enough rap as it is sometimes because people immediately label those with tattoos - so you hate to see those with tattoos labeling others with tattoos.
One of my tattoos is a large piece that goes across my lower back - hip to hip. I've been married 20 years. I've never gotten a tattoo worrying/caring about what other people think.

I personally don't have one and don't plan on getting one, but my friend said she wants it because its easy to show off when she wants to and easy to hide. I don't like it because all of my tattoos are personal and I got them for ME to enjoy, no one else, and the lower back is a place I can't see. And I don't think a tramp stamp automatically means whore. You can be a whore with or without one. :P
