If you are not married, yes it is okay to flirt. If someone shows that they like you, ask them to lunch. See if they are attracted to the person that you are. If you don't those little ladies will be using you for your money, and you will be blinded by their beauty. (Ever heard the term "Foolish old man"?)

If it's all age appropriate and healthy in nature, then what's the problem :)
