If she was drunk she was drunk, even not, and you aren't gonna want to hear this, you need to let it go. He is your EX-BOYFRIEND. You are friends now which means that you haven't gotten back together nor do you intend to. Since it is over and you still talk, chances are high you ended it with him.
The jealousy issue towards your friend is unfair at best. Rather than measuring how good a friend she is, think of it this way. How good a friend are you if she might think she has a shot at something meaningful with the guy? Should she have to pass up what might be a great match because you choose to play the "I had him first" card?

There is usually an aged old rule about friends dating their ex's and that is simply do not do it! Your friend should be sensitive to your feelings and if you are uncomfortable you need to pull her aside and tell her that.
You as a friend however, should not get in the way if they really do like each other. Instead be happy for your friend, that is what true friends do. Chances are this relationship is not going work and rarely does in these situations and you can be her eyes and ears. If she is your friend she will listen to you but if they are trying to make you jealous, this is a recipe for disaster.

If your lady friend wants to filander with a man you KNOW to be trifling, then ogle her on. What could be better than FREE entertainment.
Don't take life too seriously. And further, don't take your ex that seriously.
Should you get a NEW MAN in your life, however, I wouldn't trust this heifer as far as I could throw her.
This means "Hold your friends close and your enemies even closer!"

Hmmm, I get that he was your EX, but if it was me I would still be angry. There is a sort of unspoken rule among all women I know that there are enough single men in the world that nobody needs to get with their friends ex.

well, maybe she is just the flirty type--is that something you can overlook? Or maybe you just need to cut her out of your life. It would be nice if people realized that things like that might cause pain to you, but he is an ex so to many he'd be considered "fair game". Try not to let it bother you too much.

since he's your ex boyfriend, then they're not cheating on you. perhaps you have no moved on or something. if your friend is single and so is your ex, then they have the rights to get together.
in this case i suggest that you take it easy.

I would just do what most people would. Threaten the friend and if you still like your ex then a fight would arise

She did not cheat, he is no longer your boyfriend. Sorry but they have a right to kiss since both are single.
