I bet a lot of people who claim truth is subjective then say that that's an absolute truth!
Truth is absolute, if two people have contradicting beliefs, they can't both be right. However, where we can't agree what the truth is, and we can't prove which (if either) is right, both should be considered as possible. But that doesn't mean they're both truth.

God's truth is absolute. Man's truth is subjective to their own understanding. But still, there has to be an absolute truth, though, some are ignorant of it.
To tolerate all claims of truth in ones own mind would lead to intellectual insanity. When I speak my truth I do not feel I am being intolerant of the opposing point of view, I am merely voicing my opinion.
The question reminds me of Joseph Ratzingers viewpoint that revelation and truth are subjective in all spectrums of reality. That God does not have truth, but truth is in the perception of it. Therefore, there is no truth without perception. This can be equated to the 'if a tree falls and noone is around...' question.
I think we should tolerate all view points respectively but agree that there is only one truth even though it may be unseen truth.

Objective truth in its literal sense means something outside of ourselves, residing in objects. In that case we are asking if there is a reality that is not just the opinion of the beholder. In that sense I say yes there is reality.
Yet I think it is good to separate truth from objective reality or facts. I don't think a believer in G-d can say that reality as we know it is absolute even to G-d, but it may be that it is absolute to us only, that opens it up to relativity, albeit a limited one.
I offer for your consideration that truth is our relation to this reality. Many people think that if truth is subjective then we cannot be judged or haven't any real standards. I disagree tentativley. In my opinion we either relate truly to it or we do not.
I do not agree with the opinion that says subjectivity somehow destroys truth, it instead reveals truth, albeit in a different way, about US, which is the kind of truth the Holy Bible is concerned with, not with math or physics or chemistry.
I think we can be judged in our subjectivity or what we think of as our own personal, private little truth. I offer that inot this G-d will intrude.
Scriptures make it clear that the man G-d has chosen to be Lord over us, Jesus Christ, is lord over our private thoughts and will judge the secrets of our hearts, so that He will judge why we chose what we chose and so that means even our subjective thoughts , which we thought provided a safe haven for us, or a ready excuse for us to plead before the judgement throne.
Mankind has tried to evade his G-d given responsibility for truth and instead place it in objects outside of themselves, in rocks and artifiacts and earth, while the Blessed One will not be looking to those things to evaluate your truth, His eyes will be on us, going straight to our souls and not scienctific theory which passes responsibility onto biology.
Those are just some rambling thoughts on the subject.

There are a few examples of objective truth in the universe.
The laws of physics are always true when they are applied in context (i.e: Do not apply Newtonian physics to actions on a Quantum scale).
I personally list God as being one of the fundamental principles of a well ordered universe but some may argue this point. This is an example of a subjective truth.
So in brief:
Science is as a study of the objective truth.
And
Humanitys can be seen as a study of subjective truth.

Next time you talk to someone that believes truth is relative, start to pour boiling water on their leg. I bet they believe that the water will burn them. Therefore it is an absolute truth. If there is one absolute truth then there are many if not all. I can believe the water will not burn me, but that does not make it true. Relativism is nothing more than another excuse not to take responsibility

We need to observe certain objective truths, such as the location of the yellow dividing line in the center of the road, that it separates your driving space from my driving space.

Truth is truth, but humans don't have access to it. So your truth is yours, and mine is mine. We each can only hope to approximate real truth.
So keep your mind open, because you don't own the truth.

I'm thoroughly convinced that truth is completely subjective. I believe we create our own reality. But that's just MY reality, lol
